Participation within Jean Monnet project event “Democratic decentralization as a European experience of public administration” (29.01.2021, online)

On 29 January 2021, NEO – Ukraine took part in the event “Student Self-Governance. How to create a successful project” within implementation of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module “Democratic decentralization as a European experience of public administration” (620067-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE).

The event was organized by Kharkiv National University of Economics in cooperation with regional state administrations, city councils, business representatives, civil society institutions (NGO “Development of Communities of Kharkiv Region”, All-Ukrainian Student Brotherhood “Elite of the Nation”). More than 440 participants from 90 schools in Kharkiv joined the online event.

The representative of NEO – Ukraine Petro Krainik joined the information meeting with a welcoming speech informing about the possibilities of the new Erasmus Program and highlighted the open opportunities for young people and students. Participants of the meeting improved awareness on promotion and dissemination of achieved project results and activities, and increased cooperation, synergy with key stakeholders to spread planned impact via individuals, institutional, local and national levels.
